The situation this year is that we still need a large number of workers, and in general we are offering good conditions for workers, with accommodation and food at a good price, but we are still understaffed and chronically short of capacity. There will be no limit to the number of garment turners (sewers) we can recruit, as there are not enough. The conditions are more relaxed and we can accept anyone with basic sewing skills, including those who have just come out of training and others who are not in the garment industry.
